Contractors and Developers Inc, Vice President Assisting in overall construction and development operations for a company doing $5 - $8 Million per year in work; assisted in new real estate developments, negotiated leases, worked with insurance, bonding, and financial institutions as needed, the company’s qualified OSHA representative, continued to manage projects to include all estimating, scheduling and coordination of subcontractors. Awarded the Excellence in Construction Award in 2000 for Design Build Under $5 Million for New Construction and Renovation of the University Church of Christ given by the Associated General Contractors Association of Alabama
1996 – 2000 Pemberton Inc. Contractors and Developers Inc, Project Manager Management of projects to include all initial negations or bidding, estimating, scheduling, coordination of subs, correspondence with architects, engineers and owners.
