State Farm Lease Building

The vision and now reality of the state farm building is an example of how the development arm of Landmark LLC can take a client from a lease situation and give them the capability of property ownership. We are excited to announce our award of the design-build contractor for the soon to be relocated state headquarters of the Alabama Society of CPA’s. Our presentation was selected out of 4 invited design-build firms. We are excited to be assisting Jeannine Birmingham, the President and CEO, in achieving her vision for the space requirements now and in the future for this society. The space will include a CE meeting room with built in projection and a/v system at over 2,200 sqft that can seat over 96 people with tables and chairs or over 150 people with chairs alone. The building will total over 9,000 sqft including the above meeting room along with 2 conference rooms, over 12 offices, breakroom and 2 kitchens, and an outdoor patio. The building will be located in Halcyon Summit.
